Fortis Healthcare Limited has entered into transactions documents for the acquisition, from Medeor Hospital Limited, of its hospital business located in Manesar, Haryana for a consideration of approximately INR 225 crores.
Saraf and Partners acted for Fortis on all aspects of the deal including structuring of the deal, undertaking due diligence, as well as the drafting, negotiation and finalization of the transaction documentation.
Vaibhav Kakkar and Sahil Arora (Partners), led the transaction team. The transaction team also consisted of Debarpan Ghosh (Principal Associate), Aditya Sood and Kabir Walia (Associates).
The transaction team was ably supported by the litigation team led by Sanjeev Kumar Sharma (Partner), and assisted by Sanya Sud (Principal Associate) as well as the real estate team led by Ravi Bishnoi (Partner), and assisted by Vikram Gupta (Principal Associate), Aman Agarwal and Jahnvi Singh Yadav (Associates).
