Advocate collapses during hearing, dies

 

On Monday, a lawyer died of a heart attack in the middle of a case hearing at the Family Court in Haridwar.

Advocate Sanjay Yadav (56) had completed his arguments before the Court, & while the counsel for the opposite party was making his arguments, Yadav collapsed all of a sudden. He was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

Advocate Sushil Kumar, president of district bar association, said that around 1pm, Yadav fainted in the family court in Roshanabad. "To save his life, a fellow advocate tried to inflate his chest & then took him to a private hospital in SIDCUL, but he could not be saved," he said. Yadav is survived by his wife & two children.
