Northeast Delhi Riots: High Court rejects Tahir Hussain's plea against framing of Money Laundering Charges

 

On Thursday, the High Court of Delhi rejected a plea by Ex-AAP leader Tahir Hussain challenging framing of money laundering charges against him in the 2020 northeast Delhi riots.

Justice Anu Malhotra said, “The petition & the accompanying applications are declined".

The Judge had reserved the order on Hussain's plea on Nov 15.
