The petition filed in Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking investigation into the interview recently held by the news channel of Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is dismissed as withdrawn.
The Court permitted the petitioners who appear in person to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedies that may be available to them including the filing of Public interest litigation.
The petitioners averred with the Court’s view. Therefore the Court dismissed the present petition as having been withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail other remedies as may be available to them under law.
