Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises on F5, Inc.'s acquisition of Lilac Cloud, Inc.

 

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised F5, Inc. on the Indian leg of acquisition of Lilac Cloud, Inc., a computer networking entity by F5, Inc.

The General Corporate, Taxation and TMT Practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised F5 Inc. and assisted with reviewing the transaction documents from an Indian legal perspective, advised on certain employment and tax related aspects of the deal and drafted related employment documentation. The transaction team was led by Suvojit Halder, Partner; Bishen Jeswant, Partner; Bharath Reddy, Partner; with support from Akshat Sahajpal, Senior Associate; Dipti Khatri, Senior Associate; and Sudipta Lenka, Associate.

Other Parties and Advisors to the transaction included Skadden (acted as International Law firm for F5, Inc.) and PwC (acted as tax advisor for F5, Inc.)

 

The transaction was signed on 22nd January 2023; and closed on 01st February 2023.
