Delhi Excise Policy Case: High Court to hear on Jan 11 CBI pleas challenging bail to Nair, Boinpally

 

On Thursday, the High Court of Delhi said it will hear next week the CBI’s pleas challenging the bail granted to businessmen Vijay Nair & Abhishek Boinpally in a corruption case related to the now-scrapped Excise Policy 2021-22 of the Delhi Govt.

Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia is also an accused in the case involving alleged scam in the excise policy.

Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma noted that the counsel for the parties have filed their written submissions & said the case will be heard on Jan 11.
