The Jind police have booked 5 persons for allegedly giving a poisonous substance to a man who later died during treatment.
According to complainant Baljeet Singh, his brother Suresh had some financial dispute with the accused who hail from Ahirka village.
The complainant added that “When Suresh reached Jind local court for appearing in a case, all the five accused nabbed him & forced him to consume poison. Thereafter, the victim was rushed to the civil hospital where doctor referred him to PGIMS, Rohtak, but he died during treatment. The deceased has left a suicide note as well in which he explained the entire incident".
The civil line police station lodged an FIR against Naresh, Mukesh and other accused of Ahrika village.
