Synergie is looking for trainers as part of implementing CSR projects for its clients.

The job profile would entail:

• Training truck drivers on safer mobility and overall well being
• Facilitating truck drivers in availing government schemes.
• Daily updating digital dashboards to record their trainings.
• Preparing and delivering lectures/talks in workshops/webinars
• Preparing content/course material/case studies as per company’s requirement
• Conducting research/need studies as required.

The candidate needs to have the following:

• 3-4 experience in delivering trainings
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of MS office, including power-point and excel

Pre-requisites:
• Candidates must have appropriate Master’s Degree or equivalent
• Candidate should have his/her own laptop and smartphone
• Immediate working from base location

Compensation:
