Khandwa, Birsa Diwali. Birsa Deepawali is being celebrated in the tribal region to spread the contribution made by Jan Nayak Birsa-Munda to the people of the tribal community to save the country's independence and its culture. On 15 November, the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda will be celebrated as Pride Day. For this, lamps will be lit in 27 villages of Khalwa development block of Khandwa in front of the photo of Birsa Mundi. This decision was taken in the meeting of the single campaign section held in Khalwa regarding the action plan and preparations for celebrating Tribe Pride Day. Zonal President Om Prakash Panwar, Secretary Sunil Bhardwaj, Jabarsingh, Jaysingh Chauhan, Krishna Kumar Palvi, Dayaram Patil were present on the occasion. The campaign will be started with a resolve to celebrate Birsa Deepawali in 27 villages of the region.

Many names among these heroes who contributed to the country and society still bear their identity. It was decided to celebrate Birsa Deepavali for public awareness in tribal dominated development blocks and villages by Tribal time block.
