Exemption in loading, unloading of fertilizers

In order to ensure adequate availability of fertilizers for Kharif 2020, exemption has been given for the advance storage of fertilizers by following the rules of health safety during the lockdown period. Collector and District Magistrate, Shasibhushan Singh, have issued orders according to the instructions of the government, considering fertilizer under the Essential Commodities Act for storage work in DMO godowns from fertilizer storage rack point. According to this, officers, employees and vehicles engaged in storage work in DMO godowns from the rack point for fertilizer storage will not be stopped from being present on duty. Working workers will not work by gathering in the labor crowd. They will maintain a distance of one meter. Mask, sanitizer or soap for laborers, laborers will have to be arranged by the authorized transporters. All persons will be required to follow the orders issued by WHO, Government of India, State Government for Corona virus.
