District evaluation committee meeting held
According to the instructions of the State Government, Katni, to fix the market value of immovable property, the proposed rates of Guideline Year 2020-21 should be kept the same as the rates of Guideline Year 2019-20 last year and no increase is proposed for the year 2020-21 The decision has been taken in the meeting of the District Appraisal Committee held under the chairmanship of Collector Shasibhushan Singh. CEO Zila Panchayat Jagdish Chandra Gomme, General Manager Udyog Ajay Srivastava, District Registrar Namimdas Chaukikar, Superintendent Land Records MR Cole along with sub registrars and municipal officials were present in the meeting held at the Collectorate meeting on Saturday. In the meeting of the District Appraisal Committee, it was decided to keep the guideline for the year 2019-20 as well, for the year 2020-21 as well. Similarly, a proposal for correction of clerical errors in the villages of the Tehsil and Patwari Mata in Katni Municipal Corporation area and rural area has also been approved. The District Appraisal Committee approved the proposal to classify only two villages, buffalo and gauraha, as being developed and suitable. In the meeting, it was decided to discuss the demand of removing Sindhursi Patwari Mata No. 39 adjoining Bahoriband Headquarters from special village to the category of general village and decided that Bahuiriband's Guideline Rates and Special Village Sindhursi Guidelines are different and Sindhursi's Guideline Much less than Bahoriband. Therefore, the proposal to exclude Sindursi from special village status was rejected.
