katni - Under the Kisan Credit Card of the farmers benefiting from the PM Kisan Yojana of the district, complete the process of opening accounts in the bank branches of the respective service area. Departments in which committees are yet to be formed, they should complete the process soon and submit the information. Along with this, the Collector directed the concerned departmental officers that the departmental officers should submit the information of the committees related to their respective departments to the Nodal Officer District Panchayat. Collector Mr. Singh gave necessary instructions regarding the maintenance of letters received from the Chief Minister's office, ministers and public representatives. He said that the departmental officers should maintain such applications and letters in the register and update their disposal. In addition, special monitoring should also be done in these cases. The Collector directed the departmental officers to follow up the cases related to the courts and submit timely answers and claims. During the assembly session and budget session, the concerned departmental officers compulsorily submitted the deadline within the time limit and directed the collector to send a copy to the district office as well. During the review, the collector informed that the video conference will be held on 7 March as part of the public rights program by the Chief Minister this month. Instructing the departmental officers, he said that in this regard, the complaints related to the subjects of the Janadhikar program should be resolved and the answers to the pending complaints of the seam helpline should also be filed. While reviewing the pending cases of CM Helpline, Collector Mr. Singh said that officers should reach rural areas and listen to the problems of local villagers and take action in their disposal. Along with this, he gave directions for redressal of unauthorized complaints, satisfactory resolution of complaints of CM helpline, review of CM Monit, timely external public service guarantee cases and pending cases of Uttara Software.

Similarly, Rakesh Sharma of Municipal Corporation, Tehsildar Vijay Kumar Dwivedi, Block Health Officer of Public Health Department Raj Singh Thakur, General Manager Central Cooperative Bank Gyanendra Pandey and CEO of District District Dhamarkheda in zero redressal of complaints related to SBM in zero satisfactory resolution for doing minimum work. KK Pandey's name was in the top bottom. At the meeting, officers doing good work in CM Helpline were encouraged, while those doing minimum work were advised to improve performance.
