Under which, from 26 March 2020 to 14 April 2020, there will be no work in the District Court, Katni and Tehsil Vijayaraghavgarh, Barhi and all courts, Kutumb Court located in Dhimarkheda. Entry of all persons, parties, advocates in all courts located in District Court Katni, Kutumb Court Katni and Tehsil Vijayaraghavgarh, Barhi, Dhimarkhera, without specific permission, will be completely restricted till 14 April 2020 without the permission of District Judge, Chief Justice, Kutumb Court or Officer-in-Charge. No matter, unless it is of an Argentine or Eminent Emergency nature, shall be admitted without the permission of the District Judge, the Chief Justice, the Court of Justice or their charge. For the above purpose, the nominated judicial officers will hear related matters in their respective court rooms / conference rooms. The aforesaid judicial officer will also undertake work of urgent nature on bail, remand stay (injunction). A list of such designated judicial officers has been issued separately. After the permission has been granted as per above, video conferencing or otherwise, as deemed appropriate by the judge concerned, the above action can be taken in such a way that the infection of the virus can be prevented. Only the advocates / parties receiving such permission will be given admission in the District Court Complex and the Outer Court Complexes. Information can be obtained by contacting the contact number given by any advocate or party in relation to any work related to the court (administrative and judicial). In cases related to Kutumb Court Katni, cases of urgent nature can be heard after the permission of Chief Justice Kutumb Court / Judge Kutumb Court in charge. In which only the Chief Justice will resolve whether a case is of urgent nature or not. Only the police officer / head constable / constable of the concerned police stations, who are present in the case building / case report related to the remand proceedings / bail application, will be given admission in the court building. All judicial officers and employees have been asked to stay at the headquarters and keep their mobile phones / contact numbers operational so that their services can be availed in case of urgent and emergency. All the judicial officers and employees have been asked by the District and Sessions Judge to ensure strict adherence to the instructions given in this regard by the Honorable High Court / Central Government / State Government in circulars issued from time to time. Any disobedience and violation of these instructions will be taken seriously.
