Katni (March 6) - The satisfaction of the three power distribution companies was seen in the month of February by taking feedback from 45 thousand 120 electricity consumers. Energy Minister Mr. Priyavrat Singh said that 43 thousand 576 consumers expressed satisfaction over the services of the Energy Department in the feedback call. Mr. Singh has given instructions to make 100 percent consumer satisfaction. In the Eastern Region Power Distribution Company, the percentage of satisfied consumers has been about 97.5, in the Middle Zone, 92.8 percent and in the western region, 99.2 percent of satisfied consumers. The total percentage of satisfaction is 96.5. Each company is taking feedback from 500 consumers every day.
