Bar Council of Delhi streamlines Verification Process of Advocates, issues new Notice

 

Withdrawing it's earlier notices dated 21.11.2023 and 28.11.2023, the Bar Council of Delhi has now issued a new notice to streamline the verfication and declaration process.

The decision has been made owing to frequent clarifications that were sought after issuing of those notices. The Council has however clarified that those Advocates who have already filled up the verification forms issued under the previously two (now discarded) notices, needn't fill the same again.
