On Wednesday, the Bombay High Court made changes to its website and came up with separate and dedicated section for Judgements translated in the local language i.e. Marathi.
Three such translated judgements have also been uploaded by the Court which can be found under the section, "Nivadak Nirnay" (selected judgments) on the home page of the website.
It has also been put in the disclaimer under the judgements they are for limited purpose of helping the litigants understand the judgment in their "mother tongue" and cannot be used for any other purpose.
