On Thursday, the High Court of Delhi directed aviation regulator DGCA to form an appellate committee that will hear the appeal of Shankar Mishra, who is accused of urinating on a woman on board an Air India flight, against the four-month flying ban slapped on him.
Justice Prathiba M Singh said the committee shall be formed in two weeks and permitted Mishra to file the appeal before the panel within 2 weeks.
“The hearing (of the committee) shall be held on April 20,” the HC said.
