On Monday, Justice Amit Sharma took oath as a permanent judge of the Delhi High Court.
Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma administered the oath to Justice Sharma who was appointed by Centre on March 3rd.
The Supreme Court Collegium on February 15th had recommended that Justice Sharma be made permanent.
The resolution read that the Delhi High Court Collegium had unanimously recommended his name
