Delhi HC starts publishing Hindi translation of its Judgments

On Wednesday, the High Court of Delhi began publishing Hindi translation of its judgments.

In the judgement section of the Delhi High Court website, some of the judgments passed by the bench of Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Judge Subramonium Prasad were published in Hindi.

The judgments have been translated through the Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool - Supreme Court Vidhik Anuvaad Software (SUVAS).

The disclaimer at the end of the judgment said, "For all practical & official purpose, the English version of the judgment shall be authentic & shall hold the field for the purpose of execution & implementation".

Meanwhile, the High Court of Bombay also began publishing its judgments in the State's vernacular, Marathi on Wednesday.
