This High Court decides to have Hybrid Hearings once a Week

 

The Madras High Court has notified that it will allow Virtual/ Hybrid Hearing of all cases on every friday of the week from March 3rd until further notice.

The notification states that the aim is to provide the benefit of virtual access to the High Court to all the stakeholders. 

"The hybrid facility will be available for all lawyers, litigants, and parties in person until further notice," the notification reads.

The facility is in addition to the vc-link already available at request on any day.
