After being denied bail by a special trial court under POCSO Act, a doctor has petitioned the High Court of Bombay for bail.
His lawyer Sana Raees Khan in bail plea before High Court said the FIR of Oct 2021 was filed after “inordinate delay’’ & he was behind bars since October 20, 2021.
