Ministry of Law and Justice notifies appointment of 9 Additional Judges of Bombay High Court

 

Cenral Government has issued notification regarding the appointment of followimg nine Additional judges of Bombay High Court-

(1) Kishore Chandrakant Sant,

(2) Valmiki SA Menezes,

(3) Kamal Rashmi Khata,

(4) Smt. Sharmila Uttamrao Deshmukh, 

(5) Arun Ramnath Pedneker,

(6) Sandeep Vishnupant Marne,

(7) Smt. Gauri Vinod Godse,

(8) Rajesh Shantaram Patil and

(9) Arif Saleh Doctor

The Notification issued by Department of Justice (Appointments Division), Ministry of Law & Justice states that,

"Vide Notification of even number dated 16.07.2022, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (1) Kishore Chandrakant Sant, (2) Valmiki SA Menezes, (3) Kamal Rashmi Khata, (4) Smt. Sharmila Uttamrao Deshmukh, (5) Arun Ramnath Pedneker, (6) Sandeep Vishnupant Marne, (7) Smt. Gauri Vinod Godse, (8) Rajesh Shantaram Patil and (9) Arif Saleh Doctor as Additional Judges of Bombay High Court"
