A Special Court (SC/ST) has granted the last opportunity to the Madhya Pradesh Govt to reply on a plea of the accused for inspection of video evidence in a high-profile honey trap case.
On Friday, the Court of Special Judge (Prevention of atrocities against SC/ST) Manoj Tiwari granted the last opportunity to state as it failed to produce a reply in the matter.
The Court fixed the next date of hearing in the case on July 21. During the hearing, accused Aarti Dayal was present.
The alleged honeytrap gang was busted in Sept 2019.
