The Karnataka High Court has conferred designation of “Senior Advocate” to 2 advocates in the Full Court meeting. The designation has been done in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 16(2) of the Advocates' Act, 1961 and Rule 6(9) of the High Court of Karnataka (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2018.
The notification issued by the Karnataka High Court notifies that “In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 16(2) of the Advocates' Act, 1961 and Rule 6(9) of the High Court of Karnataka (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2018, the High Court of Karnataka is pleased to designate the following Advocates as Senior Advocates from the date of this Notification.”
The names of the advocates are as follows:
