[BREAKING] Centre appoints Five Additional Judges to Gauhati High Court

  

The President of India has assented to the appointment of three lawyers and two Judicial Officers as Additional Judges of the Gauhati High Court.
The names of the new judges are:
1. Kakheto Sema
2. Devashis Baruah
3. Arun Dev Choudhury
4. Malasri Nandi, and
5. Marli Vankung
The Judges will hold the office of Additional Judge of the Gauhati High Court for a period of two years with effect from 05.11.2021 or after when he assumes charge of his office.
