Maharashtra crosses 15000 mark in its new Corona patients numbers for 4th consecutive day

 

For the fourth consecutive day Maharashtra has crossed fifteen thousand mark in its new Corona patients numbers.

According to the State Health department 15,051 new cases were registred in the state today.With this the cumulative cases tally has reached to 23,29,464. Alongwith this 48 patients succumbed to the infection. With this, the total fatalities rose to 52,909. On the other hand, 10,671 patients discharged today taking the total recoveries to 21,44,743.  

 

The recovery rate in the state is 92.07%. As of today, there are 1,30,547 active cases in the state. Out of 1,76,09,248 laboratory samples 23,29,464 have been tested positive (13.23%) for COVID-19 until today. Currently 6,23,121 people are in home quarantine and 6,114 people are in institutional quarantine.
