Revealed by RTI, Government of India got news of corona virus on January 11 only

At present, everyone is aware of the outbreak of corona, in the present situation 89,12,907 people have been affected by corona in India, while 1,30,993 people have lost their lives due to corona. In Madhya Pradesh, more than 1,83,927 people have been affected by Corona. The shocking figures came out in the RTI filed by RTI activist Vivke Pandey of Rewa Madhya Pradesh. Vivek filed his RTI to the Health Ministry which was later referred to the National Center for Disease Control.

NATIONAL CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL

      SUBJECT; REPLAY TO RTI {NCDCD/R/T/20/009}

3 information was sought in RTI. First information. When the first information about corona virus was received by India, the National Center for Disease Control said that "Government of India was informed about the outbreak of corona virus on 11 January 2020". Was found the first corona virus-affected patient in Kerala. Documents associated with the corona virus were also sought in the RTI, on which the National Center for Disease Control said that this information was not available with them.
Now the question is that despite getting information on January 11, why did the Indian government stay till March? If the government had taken strict action on the information already received, perhaps the corona could have been controlled.
