Our soldiers are the first line of defense in INDIA which protects us from outsiders. And doctors,
health care providers, police, workers are the second line of defense. Yes, the Indian army is the
world’s third-largest, and the soldiers are considered best as they live and battle in high altitudes.
Really it’s a tuff time for all Indians one side our soldiers fighting and second doctors fight. This
corona era really creates the importance of our line of defenses. Actually we all are corona warriors
because we help our Governments to support and take healthy measures for life-saving. Now our part is to follow the rules strictly and take very good care of ourselves. Our immunity should be boosted up.Yes perfect. If immunity is strong then all the defense lines of the body: the skin epithelial tissues,
tears, mucus, cilia, stomach acid, White blood cells, is the first line of defense, the second is
macrophages and dendrites cells and the third line of defense is lymphocytes T-cells and B-cells.Immunity can be passive or adaptive. Innate immunity is acquired with birth. And adaptive immunity from pathogens by our lines of defense. Passive immunity is produced by the transfer to one person of antibodies by the other person antibody production. Passive immunity provides short term immunity. Hence our diet should be healthy, avoid junk foods. Yoga and exercise should be included in our daily routine; this will not only improve breathing but also enhance Oxygen in our body. Which is very important for heart functioning. Let's help our doctors to improve our immunity and encourage them tolive healthily.
