Under Section 26 (2) of the Disaster Management Act 2005, Collector and District Magistrate and ex-officio Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority, Shasibhushan Singh, have issued necessary orders while issuing orders. Under which all the migrants etc. are living in whatever place, their food and lodging arrangements have been asked by the respective Gram Panchayats in rural areas and the concerned urban bodies in urban areas. Instructions have been given by the collector to ensure the responsibility of the hostel superintendent and hostel operator responsible for food for children and students residing in all government or private hostels of the district. In violation of these instructions, legal action will be taken against the person concerned under the provisions of sections 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act.
