Katni- Higher Secondary and High School examinations have started from March 2 as per the scheduled program announced by Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education. During the examinations, the outside unannounced and anti-social persons enter the examination center inside the premises of various examination centers of the district and try to use unfair means to cheat the candidates. Due to which the candidates have special difficulty in taking the exam independently and there is a possibility of inconvenience in conducting the examination. The Collector and District Magistrate have issued a restrictive order under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 under a 100 meter radius of the entire examination center in Katni district. Under which the entry of any outsider or undeclared person under the 100 meter radius of the examination center is banned. Also, entering the premises with improper means and weapons will also be prohibited. In this restrictive order issued by Collector and District Magistrate Mr. Singh, it has been clarified that none of the following works within the premises of the entire examination centers in the district or at a public or private place within a distance of 100 meters of the examination center. Shall be done, unless they are permitted to do that work on the basis of their duties or until they Are not authorized by Icsha Center officials to lower the superintendent. The order prohibits wandering unnecessarily, distributing or distributing or disseminating or promoting or promoting any paper or any other item related to the examination. Also, being engaged in any activity that is likely to adversely affect the conduct of the examination or affect the confidentiality of the examination will be prohibited. Under the restrictive order, no person shall adopt or resort to unfair means in any recognized examination. No person shall assist, misappropriate or control for the use of improper means in a recognized examination. For violation of this order, Madhya Pradesh will be punished with imprisonment of three years or fine of five thousand rupees or both under Section D of the Examination Act 1973.
