katni, the state government has temporarily declared a holiday in all government and private schools of the state till further orders to protect against novel corona virus (Kovid-19) and disease caused by it. Principal Secretary School Education Department, Mrs. Rashmi Arun Shami has issued instructions in this regard to all schools. It has been said in the instruction that examinations of class V and VIII will be conducted as per pre-determined schedule. The annual examinations of class 10th and 12th (whether they are being conducted under the aegis of any competent board / management) will be conducted as per the pre-determined schedule. During the holiday period, all the teaching and non-teaching staff in all government schools will be present in the school and will do official and academic work. Private schools will be able to take a decision in their own discretion regarding the presence of teaching and non-teaching staff in the school.
