Complete all targets of revenue by 31 March - Collector:




katni - Collector Shasibhushan Singh has instructed all the revenue officers of the district to complete all the revenue cases and revenue collection targets of the financial year by March 31. In a meeting of Revenue Officers held at the Collectorate Hall on Thursday, the Collector reviewed the preparedness for disposal, diversion, revenue collection, Rabi procurement of cases registered on RCMS. On this occasion, SDM Rohit Sisonia, Balbir Raman, Priya Chandravat, Deputy Collector Sanghamitra Gautam, Tehsildar Sandeep Srivastava, Munouvar Khan, Mahendra Patail, Kshama Saraf and Naib Tehsildar were also present. Reviewing the preparations for Rabi procurement in the meeting of revenue officials, the collector said that necessary arrangements and preparations for procurement have been completed in all wheat procurement centers. Wheat procurement will be done at 56 procurement centers from March 25 to May 20. All the revenue officers should verify the preparedness of wheat procurement center of their area. District Supply Officer PK Srivastava informed that more than 40 thousand farmers have been registered this year. As compared to last year, about 2 lakh metric tonnes of wheat is expected to be purchased as per the increase in the registration number and acreage of wheat. He said that about 95 percent of the verification of eligibility families has been completed in the district.
Collector Shasibhushan Singh instructed to compulsorily fulfill the instructions and the targets of the meeting of the divisional level revenue officers taken by Commissioner Jabalpur last week by 31 March. In reviewing the revenue cases filed and disposed of in RCMS, Collector Shri Singh said that campaign should be taken for the pending cases of demarcation and action should be taken at war level. He said that every Patwari and RI should target and monitor the micro level daily. It was informed at the meeting that a total of 59690 revenue cases have been registered on RCMS in the current financial year. In which 49 thousand 855 cases have been resolved. Which is 84 percent of the total. The remaining 9835 cases are pending for disposal. The Collector, while reviewing the disposal of Naib Tehsildar-wise cases, said that the Revenue Officer should take action to dispose of the minimum 90 percent cases with the goal of redressal. While reviewing the revenue collection, Collector Shri Singh said that as per the demand set for the target of gross revenue collection, we should complete it by 31 March. It was informed at the meeting that 5 crore 64 lakh has been recovered against the gross revenue collection of 14 crore 62 lakh. Out of which recovery of Rs 897 lakh is outstanding. Barring diversion and penalty, 100% revenue targets have been achieved. 3 crore 87 lakh has been recovered against 7 crore 31 lakh revenue recovery of diversion. In the meeting of revenue officials, matters related to the revenue department of CM Helpline and CM Monit were reviewed. In reviewing PM Kisan Yojana, Superintendent Land Records Mayaram Cole said that out of 3 lakh 38 thousand 136 farmer accounts in the district, 3 lakh 15 thousand 236 accounts have been uploaded. There are a total of 22 thousand 901 accounts remaining in the district for uploading. The remaining accounts include the accounts of the agricultural and undeveloped agricultural lands of Vijayaraghavgarh, Kaimor, Katni urban areas.
