On Tuesday, Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia moved the Apex Court challenging his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the excise policy scam case.
The Supreme Court agreed to hear Manish Sisodia's bail plea at 3.50pm. The plea was mentioned by Abhishek Manu Singhvi seeking an urgent hearing on Sisodia's plea before the bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud.
