ISRO Spy Case: High Court to consider anticipatory bail pleas of Ex-Cops next week

 

On Thursday, the High Court of Kerala sought the response of the CBI on the anticipatory bail plea filed by 4 people, including a former Director General of Police (DGP), in connection with the 1994 ISRO espionage case.

The HC said it will consider the matter next week.

The Supreme Court had on Dec 2 quashed the Kerala HC order granting anticipatory bail to the accused and remanded the matter back to the High Court and directed it to decide the issue within 4 weeks.
