Chief Justice of India (CJI) D Y Chandrachud today informed that digital net access for filing Right to Information to help the public access the info regarding the apex court would be functional soon.
The CJI and the other senior Judges Hima
Kohli and J B Pardiwala delivered that the portal would start
operational within fifteen minutes.
CJI told the advocates to
look if there were a few technological errors startlingly and come out
with advice to keep the portal more smooth and more advanced.
The
top court bench led by the Chief Justice of India had been listening to
the petition filed by legal students Akriti Agarwal and Lakshya Purohit
requesting a proper system to file Right to Information applications
online in the top court.
