 judge, Gavel, Court.jpeg

Considering the fact that the investigation has been completed & charge sheet filed, the Karnataka High Court on Tuesday disposed of a batch of PILs relating to the multi-crore IMA scam.

“We are of the considered view that the purpose for which the writ petition was filed has been fulfilled. The investigating agencies have submitted their reports before the competent courts. So far as the action by the competent authority under the KPID Act, 2004 is concerned, it is needless to observe that the competent authority shall take appropriate legal steps as may be prescribed under the law..., a division bench headed by chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi observed in their order.
