The Government of Kerala has appointed Sri. A. Shajahan as Registrar OF Kerala Administrative Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram on deputation basis for a period of one year under the usual terms and conditions of deputation.
The notification issued by the Government of Kerala has notified that,
“ Sri. A. Shajahan, Special Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Karunagapally has been appointed as Registrar, Kerala Administrative Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram on deputation basis for a period of one year under the usual terms and conditions of deputation.”
The Officer shall hand over the charge of the said Court to Sri.Sulekha M., Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV/Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kollam and proceed to take up his new appointment as Administrative Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram. Registrar, Kerala
The notification has further notified that Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV/Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kollam will hold full additional charge of Special Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Karunagapally, until further orders.The Officer can claim transfer grant from the borrowing department.
