Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Sanjay Dhar has disposed of the Public Interest Litigation regarding dilapidated condition of Munsiff Court Akhnoor building with the direction that the Law Secretary and Secretary PWD(R&B) and, if necessary, the Chief Engineer and the Registrar General of the High Court, may sit together and resolve all issues so that the DPR in the final shape without any discrepancy is put forward before the Government within a month.
“Thereafter it is expected that the Government would consider the grant of administrative approval to the DPR most expeditiously preferably within two months”, the DB said.
