The Himachal Pradesh High Court has notified 107.94% Case Clearance Rate (CCR) in the month of August 2021, amidst Covid pandemic.
In the month of August 2021, the High Court of Himachal Pradesh had instituted 3578 cases and the total no. Of cases disposed were 3862. The total percentage of Case Clearance Ratio was 107.94%.
CCR calculation is done on the basis of the number of cases disposed of expressed as a percentage of the number of cases instituted in a given year.
The CCR was 85 % in the month of July.
