Madhya Pradesh High Court is scheduling National Lok Adalat in the High Court premises on 11th September, 2021.
The MACA& F.A.O matters (Motor Accident Claim Appeal Cases) will be taken up for disposal in the aforesaid National Lok Adalat.
The Notification issued by the High Court notifies that,
In this regard, it has informed that pre-sitting will be done in virtual mode and physical mode following all the covid-19 guidelines, whose timings are from 10.30 am to 1:30 pm and thereafter from 2:00 am to 5,00 pm, in which 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm will be lunch time. The above pre sitting will be held in the office of High Court Legal Services Committee, Jabalpur.
The Cause list of Preliminary will be uploaded in the website of High Court.
