In Kerala the counting of local body elections begins. Media correspondent reports that, counting of local Polls began at 8 in the morning today at 244 centres across the State abiding to strict Covid protocols.
The local body elections were held in three phases on December 8th, 10th and 14th. High polling of over 70 % was recorded in all the three phases. As the State eagerly awaits for the poll results, strong triangular contest is expected in many areas between CPM led LDF, Congress led UDF and BJP led NDA.
