Counting of votes for District Development Council (DDC) elections in Jammu and Kashmir will be taken up this morning. Counting for all 280 constituencies will begin at 9 AM.
The fate of 2,181 candidates will be decided in today's counting. Polling in the union territory was held in eight phases between November 28 and December 19. An overall 51 percent polling was recorded during the eight phases.
