Yes, you read correctly. One day I spend my day without smartphones, laptops, Television. The whole day ,I found more days to discover myself. I remember my childhood games. I played with my kids. I told them stories that usually my grandmother told me. I walk a long distance without headphones and feel real happiness because I saw beautiful weather, chirping of birds, color changing in the sky, and many faces in my society. Some are talking, some are running, some exercise. Usually, when I take my headphones I don’t care about any person. I listen to music only. I feel this is happiness, but without headphones, I found joy in the inner self. That whole day I am happy and finished my household tasks soon without any jiggle. Wow-what a wonderful day I spent after a long time. Usually, these phones and social media not only leave us alone it said to follow others, if they are happy we happy, if they are sad we are sad. Good. It’s good to be part of society but what about our own being. We forget to connect people on their own we only see their comfort; previously we can go anybody’s home without informing. To give them a surprise, ya its good to inform but what if? That your friend said no doesn’t come today I am busy. How sad we are, long days back people didn’t say like this. We all take care of other emotions. Now as technology is advancing, we all become slaves, within few years robots will come to care for you, become your caretaker as a mother or family person. Think then what our life is? From the virtual world to the robotic world, the journey begins. In metro cities society culture is rising high, we just showoff, what does it mean. If you have smart gadgets then you are the person to who have friends, but if you are well mannered, truthful, and no smart gadgets, then? Now parents also become busy with smartphones and give iPhones or tab to their kids so that they don’t disturb their parents. Now we all live in an imaginary world. We don’t care about the pros and cons of that. Is it good for our future?
Think, Think, Think.Where these technologies take us? Technology is for the betterment of the human race. But we are the destroyer or boon of the technology. Yes just because of use we can make the technology safer. Mothers cook food with love; children also enjoy their food and know the strength of togetherness. But today most mothers are not in the mood to cook, they order by Zomato, Swiggy, etc. So are the children they don’t want homemade food. Now cooking machines are there, electric oven, chapatti maker, and so comfortable. Still, the things are same. We don’t need to be lazy, we need to use these gadgets accordingly and need not to depend fully. Otherwise, this technology will use us in some or other way.
