Collector inspects Corona Control Room,

katni. Collector Shasibhushan Singh on Thursday inspected the district level corona control room made in the Collectorate to prevent corona infection. During this period, the collector inquired about the nature of complaints received by the control room and their prompt redressal proceedings. During this period, Shift-in-charge officer in the control room, Deputy Director Agriculture AK Rathore and General Manager Industries Ajay Srivastava gave detailed information. Collector Mr. Singh reviewed the process of receiving information and complaints received in the control room and the process of redressal. Collector Shri Singh said that listen to the complaints received in the lockdown period sympathetically, try to resolve the problems of the complainant immediately and also skill the complainant to remain where you are, all your problems including the administration, health workers Day and night are engaged in the disposal and fulfillment of urgent services. Pay special attention to the problems of people coming from other states and districts in their lockdown period. Let them know that it is the responsibility of the local administration to deliver their food, health, shelter and essential services and work is being done with caution. Specifically, immediate action should be taken in relation to food items and health facilities and solve the problems of the people immediately. In the complaints related to the demand for food items, contact the local administration, municipal corporation, gram panchayat and social organizations, social persons and ensure the provision of food for both their time. The control room will need to work even more vigilantly and seriously during the lockdown period until 3 May. Deputy Director Agriculture and General Manager Udyog, shift in-charge of the control room, said that so far a total of 2551 complaints have been received in the Corona Control Room. Which includes 43 complaints today. Out of these complaints, 2492 complaints including 33 complaints have been resolved successfully. Of these complaints, 2507 complaints pertain to the period of corona and lockdown. The remaining drinking water and electricity related complaints have also been received, which have been redressed by sending them to the concerned departments. Collector Shri Singh has instructed the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering to start district and district level control room related to the problem of drinking water in urban and rural areas during the summer. Collector Shri Singh expressed his satisfaction with the work of the officers and employees working in the control room and also encouraged them.
