Collector Shasibhushan Singh has instructed to encourage the manufacture of masks and sanitizers at the local level through self-help groups of the jail's undertrials and the Livelihoods Mission, for easy availability of masks and sanitizers in the district. The groups of Aajeevika Mission have been ordered by the Health Department to make 5 thousand masks. Jail Superintendent Lina Kostha said that masks are being prepared by the detainees under consideration in the prison workshop.
 

District head officers of various departments will be imparted training on March 19 and 20 under the direction of Collector Shasibhushan Singh as a prevention and precaution against Corona virus infection in the district. The department head officers will impart training to officers and employees of their subordinate offices. The Chief Medical and Health Officer said that it is important to identify the right information about prevention of corona virus infection in the common man. Washing hands with soap or sanitizer is the right and effective way of protecting it. Not everyone is required to wear a mask. Wear a mask only when coughing, fever or difficulty in breathing or taking care of the affected patient. The most important thing is that the mask used should be made of cloth.
